The CDS Practice Intensive is four months of hands-on coaching for you and your team, built on what we learn in your Practice Assessment. We work inside your practice on the foundations that make consistency possible: clear roles and job descriptions, huddles and monthly meetings that work, the right numbers to track, communication agreements, trust-building handoffs to patients, scheduling, treatment and financial conversations, standard of care, and real accountability.

For practices that want support beyond the first four months, the Executive Practice Partnership extends that work over six months with deeper implementation, measurement, and leadership development. Either way, you own your practice and we help you lead it. We advise, teach, observe, and hold leadership accountable so the changes become how your practice runs.

  I have seen Michelle first hand take a dying practice and flip it 180! The office had turn over problems and patient retention issues. When she started guiding the practice the team culture flipped and boom, the turn over problems stopped!
Michelle came up with create ways to help keep the patients as well. The office is across from a university and they were always getting students, which wouldn't stay at the practice more than 4 years usually. She turned the focus of new patients locally instead of students and the office was busting at the seams.

If she can do those things with that office, I don't think there is much Michelle can't do!!
