I have seen Michelle first hand take a dying practice and flip it 180! The office had turn over problems and patient retention issues. When she started guiding the practice the team culture flipped and boom, the turn over problems stopped! Michelle came up with create ways to help keep the patients as well. The office is across from a university and they were always getting students, which wouldn't stay at the practice more than 4 years usually. She turned the focus of new patients locally instead of students and the office was busting at the seams. If she can do those things with that office, I don't think there is much Michelle can't do!!
